Alun Watson

Alun is the founder of Skillseasy and has over 20 years of consultative Sales, Sales Management and Sales Training experience, and has been fortunate enough to have been given the opportunity to train with and continually make significant contributions to some of the world's most influential media companies such as Informa PLC, Emap Plc and Lloyds List Publishing. During the last eleven years he has run his own Sales Training and Sales Consultancy business. This included developing and delivering approved Sales and Management training for the Singapore Government. Alun is also a fully qualified assessor, and has performed over 2,000 assessments for the Singapore national media training centre (Mediacorp). Alun has trained and assessed a wide range of professionals, from media graduate trainees to media business owners and everyone in-between. Alun is very proud of his feedback record which at the last measure was 4.92 out of 5 (from an average of over 500 feedback forms). Each course created by Alun is developed to give the most impact with the most efficient use of time and with the inclusion of integrated e-learning and a free HRMS platform, always represents fantastic value for your investment.

Passion and potential are two words that resonate deeply with Jim; a highly sought after executive educator and coach. He is passionate about leadership, and believes that everyone has the potential to become a better leader. Jim has been helping leaders become better leaders for over 10 years. He has worked with leaders from a host of world-class organisations, including: AT&T, Bata, Cisco, Evonik, Fairfax Media, GovTech, Arlanxeo, MediaCorp, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Singapore Police Force, Starbucks, Starhub, Trumpf and TÜV SÜD to name but a few. Prior to becoming an executive educator and coach, Jim had a 20-year career in the media industry, in which he launched a variety of highly successful digital platforms, events, magazines and newspapers. He held numerous senior management roles throughout this time, and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge across a variety of industries, particularly within in IT&T. He is able to leverage his knowledge and experience to the benefit of the leaders he works with. Born in Perth, Western Australia, Jim has lived and worked in various countries throughout the Asia Pacific region, and has called Singapore home for the past 17 years. He is an aspiring author, and is currently in the midst of completing his second book, ‘From the Trenches: Leadership Lessons from the Frontline’. Ask him to find out more!
